The process

After touching base, we will book you in for a 60min complementary site visit with our builder. This will be the perfect time for you to discuss all your ideas for the project and your expectations. Our builder will share their expertise and objectives to help you get a clearer picture of how the design will work in reality.

With understanding your project aims and your budget, we will arrange to get a concept design drawn of your project with one of our building designers. (add in something about nominal fee here?)Once this is done we will be able to deliver a realistic estimate and it will allow you to point out any alterations you want to make.

When you approve the concept design we then proceed with the structural engineered drawings for the project. These are not essential to every project but are invaluable where necessary to ensure the safety and structural integrity of the design. From here we then provide you with a fixed quote, program of works and a contract for the project. 

All the effort in planning pays off in spades as we streamline this action stage to deliver you your projects vision. While we wish we could make all the noise, dust and debris, that go hand in hand with building, vanish, we do coordinate and manage every step so you can carry on with everyday life. Our construction supervisor will keep you updated and informed so you know what has been completed and what the next step will be.

Once the project has been completed our builder will check in at practical completion and take over for the final check of the work and handover. We will give you a project folder that contains details of maintenance schedules for materials and products as well as a compliance certificate. Now you can relax and enjoy your inspiring new space.
