Scope of Works
The works involved the completed construction of a fully custom–designed residential home, delivered from initial site establishmentthrough to final handover. The home comprises four bedrooms, threebathrooms, a dedicated study, a linen room, and a doublegarage withinternal access, all centred around a spacious open–plan kitchen,living, and dining area. All works were completed in accordance withapproved designs, relevant standards, and regulatory requirements,resulting in a high–quality, compliant residence.
The project included site preparation, earthworks, and construction ofthe concrete slab and structural framework, followed by the fullexternal and internal fit–out of the home. This encompassed roofing,windows, internal linings, cabinetry, flooring, painting, and theinstallation of all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services.External works were completed including an in–ground swimming poolwith compliant fencing, driveway, drainage, and service connections.The project concluded with final inspections and successful handoverof a fully finished, move–in–ready home.
